Sober Meditations is a comprehensive and completely free resource offering over 400 contemplative meditations focused on alcohol recovery. Our diverse collection covers a wide range of topics.

These recordings serve multiple purposes, serving as tools for contemplative meditation, recovery topic exploration, meeting discussions, and educating sponsees on the steps. Sober Meditations is simply another invaluable resource to add to your recovery toolbox.

We have received positive feedback on our 2-minute Craving Meditations, which have proven helpful not only for those in early sobriety struggling with alcohol but also for individuals dealing with any addictive issues.

Sober Meditations are recorded by individuals in recovery who generously share their personal experiences, strength, and hope in a thoughtful and meditative format.

Each Step features 7 meditations, as well as specific Christian and Taoist meditations tailored to that particular Step.
